The staff is friendly and responsive when you need help, and maintenance usually addresses issues within a reasonable time. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and main roads, which makes daily errands much easier. The amenities are nice, especially the gym and pool, which are kept clean. Parking is decent, and I’ve ...never had a major issue finding a spot close to my building. The neighbors are respectful for the most part, and the community feels safe.
