August 12, 2025Very prompt respond quickly and courteous in the office 95% of the time. Emails on maintenance generally happen in less than 12 hours. In the two years we’ve lived here. I’ve been to the office maybe two times with issues most have been corrected.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2025I’ve been living here for a while, and overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. The complex is quiet and generally well-maintained, which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and responsive when you need help, and maintenance usually addresses issues within a reasonable time. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and main roads, which makes daily errands much easier. The amenities are nice, especially the gym and pool, which are kept clean. Parking is decent, and I’ve ...never had a major issue finding a spot close to my building. The neighbors are respectful for the most part, and the community feels safe. There’s always room for improvement occasional delays in maintenance and some small updates could make it even better but overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2025Things are going pretty well except for the dog park. The dog park is always filthy and there’s no way to know who it is but it’s nasty when I take my dog over there and I hate it not to mention the pools closed almost the last month. It seems.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 20254/5 experience. No issues during the almost 2yrs that I’ve been here. The only issue would be the trash smell on weekends when tenants leave trash in the hall ways and the closing of the pool during summer months.Property Manager Responded
