    The Madison is a beautiful apartment complex outside of Fairfield area in Cypress. It is a quiet well kept apartment community. That has a wonderful staff that handles everything. Community areas are always kept impeccable and much better amenities than most other apartments in this area.

    The Madison apartment is generally very positive! People love the community vibe and how peaceful the environment is. The amenities like the dog park, swimming pool, and fitness center really enhance the living experience. Residents often mention feeling safe. Plus, the good design of the bedroom units makes it a cozy place to call home. Overall, it’s a great spot for living,relaxation and socializing!

    I picked up my keys with no issues. The office staff is wonderful!! They went over everything with me. It was a great experience. I recommend the Madison.

    Overall, it's been a good experience living at the Madison. The clubhouse amenities are very nice and the pool it great. However, there is no playground for children, nor any places to sit outside. Not every unit has a balcony or porch, so it would be nice to have a benches and or gazebos to have a place to relax outside.
