A few things need to be addressed as in the bug problem (could just be my building) but other than that I think this place is a great value. They are clearly making improvements and adding amenities. August 21, 2025I love living in this apartment complex because they do listen and have fun events. The new pool is so nice just wish there was an easier access to the bathroom instead of having to go through the gym leaving the pool area. July 4, 2025You don’t want me to give you an honest feedback because it is not good. Adams Farm used to be one of the best communities to live in. Right now, three months in it seems to me that what is projected externally is not the reality internally. Pool is closed all the time, basketball court is unusable and needs to be renovated. Apartments look good superficially but are outdated when it comes to essentials like HVAC. I am hopeful that my experience can improve but as of right now I am very ...disappointed.Property Manager Responded

We are actively pressure washing and have plans to renovate the basketball court and remaining amenities by year-end.
