Many changes have taken place over the years in the community/apartments but I'm still happy and hope to continue my residency here. Updates to the units were recently made and the enhancements really stand out. I haven't had many maintenance issues which weren't attended to in a timely fashion, so I can't complain. October 22, 2024I've lived at The Madison 6 years and the community has evolved over the years ... for the better. The homes have recently undergone renovations, which have been pending for several years, giving them a more updated and modern look. Living through any construction is daunting, but I must say the office staff/construction workers were impressive, which made it more tolerant. The new Manager, Trey, has gone above and beyond to make my life here at The Madison more amiable and I'm so appreciative ...to him. Elizabeth, another staffer, has literally went out of her way to assist me with various issues and I appreciate her as well.
