DON'T DO IT!!!
December 18, 2024Fleet Management is absolutely TERRIBLE! From poor communication, to lack of repairs, front door of this "security building" and elevator constantly broken, to rude and creepy employees...seriously save yourselves the time, stress, and money. I've been living here for years and they've been strategically awful to certain tenants to push them out so they can raise the rent and overcharge new tenants. Horrible management
July 6, 2019I first lived in the Columbian for a year and a half, moved out of state, them moved into the Madison you moving back to NJ. I've been here for a year and a half as well. The good: great location, large apartments, most have a unique layout, exposed brick, high ceilings, relatively new finishes and, if you make the effort, cool neighbors. The bad: Fleet management is really really bad. Very unresponsive to service requests. They take forever to fix anything, the stairwells are filthy, and at ...least 2 days a week, a horrible smell permeates through the building. Sometimes it lasts several days. No building is impervious to appliance failure, elevator breakdown, and other maintenance issues. A good management company know how to communicate to residents and resolve issues quickly.
