  • Great location and very quiet

    I have lived here for over a year now and my experience has been a great one. The location can't be beat. It is very quiet here and everyone is friendly. Very nice staff at Madison Park. Nancy is an incredible lady and manager. She is always very pleasant and helpful. Mike is also an asset as he is always fast at maintenance requests. If you are looking for a quiet but friendly place with a great location, this is for you.

  • Awesome apartment in Shelby

    I have lived there for half a year when I was working in the Shelby. That was one of the best apartment I have been ever. Quiet day and night, friendly neighbors and apartment manager, extremely convenience daily life - 3 mins to Walmart, 3 mins to burger king & in and out, 5 mins to downtown! I really miss this place now and will definitely come back to visit it once a day I can come back to Shelby!

    Madison Park was a nice place to live (as far as the actual apartment goes). The staff did a very good job with the upkeep and responded - quickly and professionally - to any issues, at-hand. Although I love being back home in Charlotte, I do miss the high-quality service I experienced at Madison Park Apartments in Shelby, North Carolina.
