The staff in the office are very friendly but didn’t really help. The whole entire time I lived here I had ants. I kept going to the office to talk to the people and submitting maintenance request but no one ever came out and they were basically like “we can’t do anything about it” The bug people never came out at all the whole time I was living there. My roommates and I were pretty clean and never kept food out so that wasn’t the problem. The outsides of the building was disgusting. Neighbors ...

Updated review after spending some time here all the staff is friendly with the exception of the after hour crew. I realized that today on the weekend after wanting to go out for a swim that the swimming pool is locked. I called the after hours number and am told that since it's not an emergency he's not going to come by and unlock it. I only get one day off per week and told the guy that my monthly bill includes my ability to use the anemeties like the swimming pool. He pretty much said that ...
it's not his problem. Just be aware when moving here even though they say the anemity is available it probably isn't and that the after hours department is garbage. Changing my review from 5 stars down to 2.

The amenities and the base price were excellent, until you realize they nickel and dime you on utilities, which they mislabel as “overages”. They don’t even give you a breakdown of what you went over on, it’s just a $150 add on yo your rent. And if you move out? They will do whatever it takes to take your security deposit, even if it means charging you rent for a month you’re not living there. Staff has no idea what’s going on and need to talk to the manager about everything before they answer a ...

first off i just wanna state that i am a college student and i am currently living at the lowell. with that being said, the wifi here is absolutely ridiculous. i am NEVER able to complete my school work, check my emails, or even watch tv or go on my computer for entertainment. this problem has got to be resolved. let’s just say i will NOT be re-newing my contract here and i’m so ready to move to a different apartment where i can actually be a student.

Cougar village is decent if you are on a budget.

This apartment conplex is pretty good. It has adequate pricing and the employees are super nice. The area isnt that big so everything is close. And the one bedroom is big enough for two people. Anyway there are small bugs and stuff but kinda worth what you ask for. Ps not a lot of college students stay here
