August 17, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comMoved in shortly after renovations were made and to be honest the inside looked much nicer with hardwood floors, but had several maintenance issues since living there. Horrible contracting staff but apartment maintenance were nice and tried to help. Leasing staff were barely ever in office and weren’t very responsive and never showed any urgency to major issues with apartment, such as ceiling leak which caused mold in the apartment... overall not the worst place to live but wouldn’t recommend to ...most, especially factoring total cost which should be money spent elsewhere with a staff who takes maintenance issues seriously.Read More

June 18, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI leave there about 6 years ago . it's used to be nice Apartments . and I'm going to tell you what I see in my own eyes in this apartment, drug dealing night and a day light . there was several shot crimes , few months ago someone stealing tires of vehicles of from the apartment, trash is everywhere . and very loud kids yelling and screaming . and every weekend they rent the office area for party so good luck to find a parking lot and all those people and loud music. no gate for the ...apartment complex , and no security . few Apartments have been broken . will have to call the police many times . There is Katie and Bella in the office, who are both amazing. I see Bella playing with the kids in the park after I know shes no longer on the clock, tag and hide and seek and is always around if you need anything. Katie is fair and kind. Maintenance is literally the best. Even if its for something really tiny they are out immediately and fix it right the first time. There are only ...Alex and Presley and they are both awesome! I love knowing everyone in my building and having each others backs. Neighborhood crime watch got pizza for the meetings last year so thats an added bonus. They always throw events and pool parties. I couldn't speak any more highly of the place! After switching apartments every year because the new management was terrible or maintenance stole from my my apartment, I am glad I found this place. Same owner since it opened in the 70s and Katie has literally been here forever. Thank you guys for everything you do!Read More
Dangers to live in fountainhead apartments
February 3, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI was leaving where for 3 years last year a guy got shot in his apartment and check the news if you don't believe me and the year before 3 teen boys in drugs and 2 got killed by friend when they were doing drugs. Summer time it's music every where and you can't sleep I have to call the police many times. It's was nice before but not anymore and even check the crime maps and you will know what I'm talking about

I've never been happier in any other apartment complex I've lived in. Staff is super friendly; all maintenance requests handled day made or the next day; grounds are well-kept (although the sand volleyball court needs attention!#; zero noise here #no parties, fights or drama); ample parking; units are HUGE and below what they're worth; safe and crime-free; added bonus of a dog-run is a huge ...plus.
