April 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I moved in there was a list of at least 6 things that needed to be addressed. Work orders were written and all but one issue was taken care of. The last issue was scheduled for completion. Great communication.

December 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe area here sucks. People will get into your cars. Weird men linger by the buildings. Someone even drove their car into one of the buildings. They’re supposed to have a pool - it was closed all summer. There is a very small maintenance staff that has trouble addressing issues. My AC was out for FOUR MONTHS before it was finally fixed. The staff does not answer the phone unless you call multiple times in a row.

They are petty about their money orders. You can’t be five minutes late turning it in or they won’t except it more and more young people are moving in letting their kids run around everywhere and they don’t care.Property Manager Responded

I loved it , it was my favorite and still is! I'm gonna get my own apartment soon, and I will pick this apartment and I will tell everyone about this!!!
