The repaired the Toilet., did touch up paint to the bathtub and painted in areas that were was needed. They also painted in areas in the kitchen. They were very friendly, but yet continued to do their jobs in a timely manner. They also checked back with me to make sure that everything was in working order. August 24, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOur move-in experience was great with one exception. We were not told or provided a map of the community or told where are mailbox was located. Another tenant described to us what the mailboxes look like and I searched the grounds until I found ours. The staff is very professional and willing to answer your questions. April 19, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comNice apt. Good maintenance staff. Would like workout facility to be open more than 6 hours. Pretty unreasonable. Will be moving out before next winter because of the OUTRAGEOUS Evergy bill. Two times sewage has flooded into my bathtub and shower. Maintenance was quick to respond and emergency plumbers were contacted. However, it forced me to find somewhere else to stay the night which was super inconvenient.

A beautiful community with a good office and maintenance staff but unfortunately full of very inconsiderate/ sometimes passive aggressive neighbors, no parking, alot of noise, and zero energy efficiency. I give it 3 out of 5 really like the staff and property though. All the potential to be perfect if they tried.

There are many amenities available, and the property is in a good location. We're happy to have found The Manor Homes of Arborwalk to be our starting home in Lee's Summit!
