    What can I say, where do I begin? I have been a resident of The Manor City Place for over 2 years and every time I stop by the office the team is just so helpful! Suzanne, Maria, Kelly, Armani just are a blessing with every visit! I am In customer service with the highest standards and they surpass all expectations every time.     I’ve lived here a few months now and it’s been great. The front office staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They go above and beyond to make sure all residents feel welcome and valued. The location is also unbeatable, being that it’s only a 2 minute walk to City Place Doral!

    An improvement has been felt with the new management company. The office team is approachable, friendly, and helpful. The property looks cleaner and well maintained. Close to major highways and shopping centers. I would recommend this place hands down.

    bad experience! it is not a place to live with your family. Huge dogs live that almost attacked me, make coconut, and pee everywhere ... I stayed with my kitchen sink for 1 week without the maintenance being very bad, they take a long time to solve the problems. And the issue of guest parking is limited, my daughter does therapies with different specialists every day and they have nowhere to park and do not give me a solution ... the only answer "the rule is for everyone" the manager was very ...
    arrogant and solved nothing. So don't move to a place like this if you need comfort and tranquility.

    Tuve la oportunidad de vivir en The Manor durante 13 meses, los cuales tanto mi familia como yo disfrutamos. Es como vivir en un Hotel con todas las comodidades y con la privacidad de tener tu apto privado. La atencion del personal es calida y te brindan un excelente servicio cuando lo requieres. Sus areas sociales siempre se encuentran bien mantenidas y te sientes seguro y confortable. Lo recomiendo ampiamente.

    Manor's new management is the worst! They don't want to do anything for you.     At first glance the Manor seems a bit pricey but after reading through the amenities you'll quickly understand why. I could describe them to you but seeing is believing, even the photos don't do most of this place justice.
