I love the location, the security, and the parking! The people at the office are amazing. The maintenance team is second to none. They are there within 2 hours and their goal to fix it right then and there with parts in hand is so head and shoulders over any other apartments I am aware of. It’s almost unheard of.

I really enjoy the area. Calm and quiet, yet there are so many different stores that are great for groceries and just shopping. Maintenance does a very good job and has a quick turnaround after submitting a request. Have yet to have any serious issues; would recommend and actually have.

I just moved in today to find my HVAC system is not running. It’s a bummer to have to submit a maintenance request on the first day living at the property, one which likely won’t be addressed until Monday at the earliest. Thankfully the ceiling fans work well. Negative first impression.
