We are perfectly located across the street from the award-winning Marcum Park, next to the YMCA, overlooking the Great Miami River, and one block from historic High and Main Streets. We have 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments. Your building will have a secure entry with an elevator for convenient access to any floor Your home will come standard with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 9 ft. ceilings, and W/D connections (W/D rentals available for $50/month). You also will not have to worry about taking the garbage out—we have a valet trash service that stops by your door to pick it up for you along with your recyclables. There is a resident lounge with outdoor deck as well as ample parking located in a gated, off-street lot, but we do offer garage rentals if you would prefer.

March 25, 2025Major water leaks throughout the entire building. Visible mold. Major construction to fix the problem forcing you to live in only half of your apartment while breathing in drywall dust and rubber cement fumes. Some units having been worked on for weeks. Lied to about the process of "fixing" the problem.Review from Apartments.com
