A Beautiful, Peaceful Experience
June 26, 2025I had the pleasure of calling The Margot (formerly The Blu) home for a year, and I can genuinely say it was a wonderful living experience. I moved from TX to WA and I chose this as my first residence in my new state. I did not have a car as the BellHop - Circuit service took me to the places I needed to go within the city or I walked. The location is central to a lot of amenties and the distance is walkable. The management team was always friendly, responsive, and truly cared about the ...residents’ comfort and well-being. Liz (Elizabeth), Jesus, and formerly Daunte were nothing short of amazing. From the application process until my move-out, Liz made sure I had everything I needed for a seamless move in and move out. I assumed it would be difficult since I was managing the move from out of state, but she made the experience enjoyable and efficient! Any maintenance/apartment requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally, which gave me real peace of mind. The property itself is beautifully maintained—clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the location, which is nestled right by the downtown park, providing a beautiful view of the city. It felt like more than just an apartment—it felt like a retreat from the busy world. I’m grateful for the time I spent there and would highly recommend The Margot to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live in Bellevue.Property Manager Responded

Constant criminal activity
February 15, 2025I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now. So far I’ve had my car broken into at least three times, I’ve had an electric scooter stolen, and I’ve also had other items stolen either .I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now. So far I’ve had my car broken into at least three times, I’ve had an electric scooter stolen, and I’ve also had other items stolen either from my car or near my car. The management here has done nothing to stop this. Look at the Google reviews. There are multiple on there that ...call out this issue over the past six months. The simple task of at least putting in some security cameras has still not even taken place. When I bring this up, I just get a “ We will do everything we can to secure your safety” Message back from the management. But absolutely no changes whatsoever. If you wanna pay $5000 a month for rent, and get your items stolen on a consistent basis, this is a great place for youProperty Manager Responded

Toured the property with the building manager.
September 12, 2023I took a tour with Olivia. She was very flexible in my availability to come and look at the place when I was in town. She was very pleasant, kind and professional. During our tour, one of her tenants stopped us in the hallway and I was very impressed with the way that she addressed the issue. The building seems very well-kept. Would live here if I could!
August 16, 2023I came here this past week to check out an apartment before my job location changed. I would live here if I could. Clean environment, good views, cute, spacious apartments and super friendly staff. Olivia and Michael were lovely. I even got to meet Jose who was in the office at the time of my tour. April 6, 2023Blu is such a wonderful community and we enjoyed very much with it. Its second-to-none location, responsive staff and good quality construction are so far the best I have experienced. The triple-pane window is also quite unique and very helpful blocking all the noise in a quite busy location. We moved out two weeks ago simply for a more spacious apartment and the process was very smooth with reasonable move-out cleaning charges. Sharmila and Cherina are amazing staff, they are fun and friendly and work very hard to make sure the tenants are happy; they also take initiative to plan fun community events. Fantastic complex!
February 22, 2021This is a seriously awesome complex. I've lived in a few building around Seattle/Bellevue and this is by far the best. The best thing about it is the staff. They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've lived here for about a year now and have had zero complaints. Maintenance is quick, the amenities are great (when they're open due to COVID), the units are fairly quiet, and the roof is awesome. Great location and competitive pricing.Review from Apartments.com
