Easy Application & Move-In Process
April 5, 2023We just recently moved into the Mariner building from out of state. The leasing director, Kathy, went above and beyond from our very first interaction and made the entire process a breeze. She was helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. We couldn't be more grateful for her expertise, time, and energy. On several occasions, my co-workers happened to be present & overheard my conversations with the Mariner staff; they actually said I cant believe how thoughtful ...and considerate your management team is!! Friendly faces at the Concierge Desk to greet you, responsive management whenever called on, super friendly and professional service staff that keeps the place clean and fresh while addressing any issues with appliances or lighting in a flash. Pet friendly, 7 minute walk or less to Metro-North, close to 95/287/Hutch access, ...great restaurants within walking distance, The Capitol Theater!, Costco, AMC Theaters and a local government looking to improve the waterfront experience.
