We just recently moved into the Mariner building from out of state. The leasing director, Kathy, went above and beyond from our very first interaction and made the entire process a breeze. She was helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. We couldn't be more grateful for her expertise, time, and energy. We have only lived in the building for about a week, and all of the management staff we have encountered have been equally as friendly, helpful, and responsive.

This is a wonderful second home for us. Everything our home in the country mountains and lakes region is not...nightlife..anything and everything in walking distance. Loved it so much I missed it and moved back. Nothing like it, the fellow residents are kind and friendly. The cleaning staff is top notch. Guadalupe and Raphael work hard to keep our community clean and Andre and Brian maintain and are super responsive to any issue in the apartment.

We've been living at The Mariner in Port Chester since the summer of 2017. It's been a fabulous experience on balance, overwhelmingly positive, totally glad to be here. Friendly faces at the Concierge Desk to greet you, responsive management whenever called on, super friendly and professional service staff that keeps the place clean and fresh while addressing any issues with appliances or lighting in a flash.
