Overall, the apartment and amenities are great, and we enjoy living here. However, our experience has been negatively impacted by how management has handled ongoing noise complaints. Despite providing extensive evidence, our concerns were often dismissed, which made us feel as though we were not being believed. Improved responsiveness and accountability in addressing resident concerns would greatly enhance the experience.

In regard to noise, we do know that with apartment and communal living some noise is to be expected, however with noise ordinance issues we have a zero-tolerance policy and any late-night issues that violate the noise ordinance are always handled immediately. A great place to live in the heart of Elmhurst! It's close to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and gyms. Conveniently located near ORD and is a 30-minute train ride to downtown Chicago.

We have been at the Marke in Elmhurst for nearly two years. The property is well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Other tenants in the building are friendly and respectful of maintaining a quiet and clean environment. The building if very pet/dog friendly which we really like. The location to the train for commuting could not be better. We rented here for a couple of years between downsizing and retirement and feel we could not have made a better choice.
