Avoid
July 27, 2023Don't let the looks of this property fool you. The turnover is high. My neighbors all moved out in the last year. Many tenants complain about the loud noise in this property. I've had many conversations with other tenants and they too feel how horrible this property is. On top of that, the management is very dysfunctional and rude. They never respond to calls or emails. The building has serious structural issues. Literally the floor will vibrate and shake underneath you due to people walking or ...moving upstairs. You can feel this in your apt and the hallways. You will need to tip toe. Good luck sleeping. There is no privacy in your apt. You can clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring apts and they can year you too. The appliances are extremely energy-inefficient. Be prepaid to pay high electricity bills over $300 per month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
