Don’t Live Here. It isn’t worth the hassle.

The Marylander charged us for an electric bill that we were already paying and after multiple emails have still not reimbursed us for the utilities. The constant water shut-offs, gas leaks, package stealing incidents, and roach infestations are annoying enough, but at the very least you would expect the place to not falsely charge you for months without an apology.

Everyone at the Marylander has been kind and helpful. The office staff are always ready to help with residential concerns, and there's free coffee and often snacks. The amenities like the indoor gym and outdoor exercise equipment make personal goals like staying in shape much easier to accomplish.

Overall, the experience has been good. The apartment is spacious. However, certain things can be improved, like email communication is poor. In-person, the staff, is helpful. However, I did not receive a reply to email inquiries.

Good place, amazing heating, but a little pest problem. They also host a series of social events which are pretty good as well! The staff is super friendly!
