Exceptional. I was hoping to purchase a home this year, but as the prices and rates rose I had to postpone it. But choosing to move to The Mason Flats made it a bit easier to accept the delay. So far, I have no regrets and feel very GRATEFUL to call this home

Loved living here. It was very close to highways and yet was quiet and felt like a home. Beautiful brand new apartments. I felt safe living here which is very important to me. I also loved the amenities and the management staff were friendly, efficient and seemed to love their jobs.

The Mason has been a home for me and my children. They both grew up here and finished their high school years. We have moved three times within the complex and have been happy with every unit so far. The front office staff is amazing as well as maintenance staff always available to fix whatever is necessary. Love the community and everybody is very friendly and especially love the amenities and the events that are put on by the front office staff. I always recommend this complex to friends and ...
family and will continue to do so as we continue to stay here. We definitely can call this place home.

The community facilities including well-equipped gym room, heated swimming pool, gas-barbecue, playgroup and club house are nicely maintained. The apartment is clean and energy efficient. The location of the apartment is super convenient to access the highway, grocery shopping (walking distance) and downtown Pleasanton. The staffs are very friendly and responsive. We also enjoy the community events including food trucks and holiday celebrations.
