The Mason is a beautiful, well-maintained dog-friendly trio of buildings, with great amenities (gym, community garden, bikes, indoor/outdoor party space, dog-walk, parking) located a short walk to the Metro North train station, Mamk Avenue and Harbor Island Park. The sales manager, building manager, building "super", janitor are all very professional, helpful and friendly. Saw this space, was ready to sign a lease, paid the $750 deposit and haven’t heard back from them after countless attempts. Now I’m trying to get the deposit back but there is no way to reach them. So shady. They showed us apartments which we were later told they actually are not available. Such a mess.
