Unfortunate new management
August 2, 2023This place is beautiful…BUT the walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbors above and below you. I have written three notice complaints over the course of the year that I’ve been here and nothing has been done about it, as it is still a daily occurrence. I signed my lease renewal less than a month ago because I thought we could stay here, but we have come to the realization that the noise is just way too much we get woken up all hours of the night and the rent is out of this world. I let ...management know that we will be breaking our lease and they told me I had to give 60 days notice (fine), I wouldn’t be getting my $500 security deposit back (even though the apartment is pristine shape) , AND on top of that I would have to pay 2 months of backpay during the next 60 days. I double checked my previous lease agreement and they DOUBLED the buy out fee, without giving any notice to us about this change. This place has such potential but it’s sad that the people living here aren’t being taken care of and there are sly things being done without notice. If you are looking to lease an apartment in beautiful Indian Land, I would recommend looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

It used to be better
October 22, 2022This was a beautiful community when it first opened. Pool was always sparkling and the common area and grounds were amazing. But not now and we are being charged common area utilities and an amenity fee on top of our rent. The pool was closed most of the summer left to turn green and even now it’s an eye sore. People leave dog poop everywhere and all that Is being done is an email is sent. This place is not worth the additional increases. Also the sound proofing between apartments top to bottom ...is terrible.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place! Their staff is the best!
December 8, 2020We are planning to move to this community and I just want to share our beautiful experiences with them. We did see a lot of communities, but this one is so different and special. I would start with their staff :) they are incredibly nice, warm and friendly. We first walked into the office and met Lauren. She had such positive energy and was genuinely just real nice. She made us feel so welcome! Then we met Jasmine, she was super nice, sweet and super friendly. The property is beautiful. It’s ...grounds are clean and sharp looking. Wonderful team
August 24, 2020I toured the apartment community for the first time last week and applied as soon as I got home. I originally spoke with Carrie when I scheduled my tour, but since she was unavailable showed me around. He was very knowledgeable and focused on my needs/wants. I went back yesterday to get measurements of my new home and Jasmine was so nice and patient with me! Only negative thing I would change is there are only two apartment homes in building 1 that do not have a "roof" over the balcony. ...Questionable design but the gray cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and natural lighting makes up for it! Overall beautiful, still in progress
July 2, 2020I love the staff. They're communicative and genuinely helpful. (Both Maxwell and Jasmine have been great to work with). They also have a great intro deal (2 months free) and a discount for working at a preferred employer. There's plenty of parking. What isn't great is that presently (July 2 2020), the front building with amenities and pool is still in progress. So we don't get to enjoy those things yet. Also, you can tell the building is cheap, new construction. The walls scuff easily, the ...flooring seems a little cheap. The walls are also pretty thin, I can hear people outside and in other apartments. I DO love the stainless steel appliances, the counters are beautiful, and having an outside porch is incredible. Also, I'm in a "studio" but it's amazing to have a sliding door to separate my bedroom area still. And the bathroom is very sizeable.
