June 18, 2021This is a horrible place to live. They do not care about their tenants. If you have a concern you can never reach anyone on at the front desk (unless of course your rent is late). Also kids/adults have destroyed private property by throwing eggs, spray painting items and leaving trash everywhere.Review from Apartments.com

All new everything
July 20, 2015I moved into the meadows in aug of 2014. It was a nice place then. Shortly after the upgrades began. The entire kitchen was upgraded. New windows, new furnace, new central air, new hot water heater, new front and back doors,new parking lot, plesent environment, secure, easy access to the high way. August 23, 2015I like my actual apartment because it is very spacious, and just got remodeled. I like the quick access to the highway to work, and to the store. The rent is cheap for the city of marysville, oh. There are a lot of children around the complex but my wife and I do not have kids so it is like a daycare center outside, and not in a good way. The management is not really up to par. We are looking to move soon so the rent for life would really help to find a better apartment. We have been living ...at this address for almost 5 years now, so a change might be a good move for us.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
