Unethical and unhonest management. POOR experience

It's terrible that management would try to charge you extra cash for non-sense reason. They forcefully to use so-called "contract clauses" to charge you for something that you didn't do, yet they couldn't provide any proof. The building is poorly constructed and it is noisy. I would never recommend it to anyone.
