Good complex for a college student

I've been here since June of 2021 and it has been a good stay thus far; however, there are little downsides... but nothing too much to worry about. The plumbing always seems to be an issue but maintenance is always quick to fix the problem and very friendly. The property manager is always quick to answer the phone whenever there is a problem to report. Affordable housing especially when splitting it three ways. I hate how they put a huge metal crate in the parking lot... slight inconvenience ...

but I have legs. If you're looking for a solid complex to live in this is an option you can definitely choose from.

Since getting a new property manager, this complex is a great option for Brockport. She is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is also always willing to help and take care of whatever is needed. Through years and years of renting, I've realized how important good management is. Definitely have found that at the Meadows.

WORST apartments in Brockport! Pay WAY too much for what you get & they don’t care about your problems at all! You can call & complain about noise, etc and they will not do anything except possibly mention it to the other tenants after continuous attempts. They also will lie and find any little thing in the book about your apartment after you move out, 6 months later, to try and get hundreds of dollars from you. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. All staff members I ever associated with ...

were more than rude. Jeanna will put on a fake until the day you sign that contract. After that if you need assistance with anything she’ll be very unprofessional. Do not give this company your money they’ll rob you, simple as that.
