Too Expensive!

I haven't even been here a year yet, and my place is going for another $100 per month. What a bunch of blood suckers! It's a very big and spacious place but too close to your next door neighbor with no separation or wall for privacy. Parking lots are terrible. The floors are vinyl not wood and bathrooms are vinyl too, carpet is old, appliances are not very good. Very little insulation in the winter. The only thing "luxury" is the square footage. Beware as the area has become very overcrowded ...

and too many cars that speed in and out of the place. We're going to give it another year and look for cheaper elsewhere. Good luck!
