My experience from touring, moving in, and actually living here for the past few weeks has been so great. I definitely know I made the right decision. Everyone in the leasing office, including the maintenance team have been extremely helpful. Everyone is friendly, and everyone acts with urgency, which is appreciated. When different unit availability is present in the future, I will definitely be reaching out about signing a new lease because I’m enjoying everything so far.

It’s a great complex, new and still i construction but not unbearable! The halls stay clean and the property as well. The landscape looks great, and having availability to all amenities is a plus.

It’s really a good place to live. It is newly built and all the things are duly taken care for a family to live comfortably specially floor plans. Kitchen is spacious and perfectly designed, it has got good storage, rooms are spacious. All the appliances are good and easy to use. Amenities are good. Atmosphere is peaceful gives very good vibes. I like balcony the most it gives good pool view. I am really excited to use amenities and looking forward for more exciting events to enjoy. Community app ...
is really cool and easy to use. App updates all recent events and general instructions reaches out easily, work orders are placed easily and are responded quickly. Its only 15 days i have spent here but I would like to say overall its a perfect place to live comfortably and peacefully.

For the most part it is a lovely place with potential, in a quiet area just off of Garners Ferry near all points of interest and access to the highway as well as proximity to downtown. There is room for improvement but it is not at complete capacity so i feel that once they move closer to 100% that things will improve and progress
