June 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe new landlords took over 2 years ago. Rent hikes every year since then, & nothing improved for the tenants. They'll send you emails about increased water usage etc. when they increased rent 66% in 2 years. Beyond that they will do their best to break contract on their end like trying to enter an apartment prematurely when it has been paid for the whole month. They did some artificial stuff to make it look good for potential renters (laundry rooms, exterior etc.), but don't buy in. Plus, ...there was an unexplained fire in one of the building that unhoused people of 12 apartments this year. Beyond that, my car has been broken into & or vandalized 2× in that parking lot.Read More

They have one Handyman, who is the absolute best with what he is given to work with, but management is only interested in the cost to completion for potential renters. Maintenance request completions are years behind finding new tenants.
