We love this place,is very close to work and the school, and we have all shopping stores here in the area,the office helps us with any issues,just need more attention we the snow sometimes to salty the sidewalks,kids walking around the street because too much snow is in the sidewalks..

Walls are very thin, can hear your neighbors. People don't pick up after their dogs. Nice area to live. Quiet 95% of the time. It is close to several shopping venues big & small.

I really like the layout and the somewhat larger apartments. The prices have gotten too high however.
As this is Bolingbrook, the water is VERY expensive.
The grounds are kept nice and clean, except by the dumpsters is a disaster.

August starts the seventh year. We will be living here. The management all the way through the maintenance staff is like a family.
