October 15, 2025Walls are very thin, can hear your neighbors. People don't pick up after their dogs. Nice area to live. Quiet 95% of the time. It is close to several shopping venues big & small.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2025I really like the layout and the somewhat larger apartments. The prices have gotten too high however. As this is Bolingbrook, the water is VERY expensive. The grounds are kept nice and clean, except by the dumpsters is a disaster.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025August starts the seventh year. We will be living here. The management all the way through the maintenance staff is like a family. It’s pleasure to have like a family orelationships with them rather than client to supervisor. August 6, 2025The leasing staff is very helpful and accommodating. I would say the actual apartment is really nice even for not being newly renovated. As far as the quality of the apartment someone should be supervising or checking work that’s done in renovations like the flooring in my apartment has tons of spaces between the boards and I’m trying to get someone to fix it or replace it before I start to actually move stuff into the living room. Cause whoever installed the floor did a terrible job, excuse my ...language anyone could have figured that out. And the spaces leave room for dirt or and liquids that get spilled cause it happens to get in between the boards and leave it susceptible to organic growth. But that’s just my personal issue with my unit. Everything else is nice, parking is easy for me, they have handicap spots, garages that are spacious, the rooms themselves are spacious. June 17, 2025I recently moved into Meadows at River Run, and I’m already so impressed with everything this community has to offer. From the start, the leasing team was incredibly helpful and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is beautiful—spacious layout, modern finishes, and everything feels brand new. I love the large windows and natural light, and the balcony is a great bonus. The community grounds are well-maintained and peaceful, with lots of green space to walk and ...relax. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are clean and easily accessible. It’s also in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. I’ve met a few neighbors already, and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. May 9, 2025Always drove past thinking how beautiful and nice it looks from the outside and now i get to live here. Its amazing and beautiful place to live. So quite and very clean my kids love it here. Very close to their schools, shopping and so many walks we can take this summer.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2025Overall I’ve had a pretty good year here I believe the rent is a bit over priced but besides that not a bad place to live a few people who leave trash and pet waste around which gets annoying because who wants rodents in was blessed to not have any issues in that department so I won’t complain to muchProperty Manager Responded

March 27, 2025Random people constantly try to walk into my apartment without knocking. It’s usually the people renovating other units. Also, if mail sits for too long by the mail boxes, other residents will go through it. Opening the packages and then putting it back by the mailboxes (opened) if it’s something they don’t like. The water in my building gets shut off without notice.Property Manager Responded
