August 30, 2025I really like the layout and the somewhat larger apartments. The prices have gotten too high however. As this is Bolingbrook, the water is VERY expensive. The grounds are kept nice and clean, except by the dumpsters is a disaster.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025August starts the seventh year. We will be living here. The management all the way through the maintenance staff is like a family. It’s pleasure to have like a family orelationships with them rather than client to supervisor.
