May 9, 2025Always drove past thinking how beautiful and nice it looks from the outside and now i get to live here. Its amazing and beautiful place to live. March 31, 2025Overall I’ve had a pretty good year here I believe the rent is a bit over priced but besides that not a bad place to live a few people who leave trash and pet waste around which gets annoying because who wants rodents in was blessed to not have any issues in that department so I won’t complain to muchProperty Manager Responded

March 27, 2025Random people constantly try to walk into my apartment without knocking. It’s usually the people renovating other units. Also, if mail sits for too long by the mail boxes, other residents will go through it. Opening the packages and then putting it back by the mailboxes (opened) if it’s something they don’t like. The water in my building gets shut off without notice.Property Manager Responded

February 27, 2025I recently moved into The Meadows at River Run, and my experience has been fantastic! The apartment was thoroughly cleaned before my move-in day, and it was exactly what I expected — clean, comfortable, and just like the description provided. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the clubhouse had been recently remodeled and renovated, even though the updated pictures weren’t posted on the website yet. It’s a beautiful space and a great addition to the community! A big shoutout to Tom, ...who was absolutely GREAT throughout the entire application process. He was professional, helpful, and made sure everything was handled smoothly, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice to live here and would highly recommend The Meadows at River Run to anyone looking for a well-maintained apartment with friendly, attentive staff.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2025I do love the improvements of the buildings. The new roof, carpets, paint in the halls, and lighting in the halls are great. However, the safety of the buildings and community is lacking. The windows really could use some updating they are drafty af and are hard to open. The entrance doors are always getting broken due to a lack of care over the years and abuse from tenants. The doorbell is always, always broken. The parking lots and sidewalks as of this past winter are never shoveled and it ...makes the journey from car to home dangerous. The pool water care could be improved upon. The fitness center is great for what it is. Teens and kids could really use a third place here.Property Manager Responded
