IMT Westlake Village CA
October 9, 2015IMT Westlake Village has been a great place to live for the last two years. The well maintained grounds abound with mature Oak, Sycamore, Eucalyptus and Pine trees, and back right up to Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Open space. Nearby trailheads access a network of trails offering hikers, trail runners, and mountain bikers several loops, or even an uninterrupted route all the way to the Pacific Ocean. The gym, pools and community center are always clean and well appointed, and, shopping, ...restaurants, great schools, the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, and even the Thousand Oaks Auto Mall are all conveniently located just minutes away. Best of all, is that with all this proximity to so many modern conveniences, there is an atmosphere and a natural charm at IMT Westlake Village that makes it easy to forget that the 101 freeway is just down the street. September 2, 2015Spacious apartments, responsive maintenance team and reasonable rent. Close proximity to all major shops and restaurant [about 1.5mi] like Vons, Sprouts, CVS. Also, less than a mile from Triunfo community park - worth a visit if you have kids. Just two blocks away from 101 - easy to get to freeway. I would recommend not selecting a unit that face the Hampshire road, if you get annoyed to traffic noise - It is quite a busy street I can tell you that. All their appliance runs on electricity and ...none on gas, including water heater so electric bill might be on higher side - again it depends on one's daily use.
