I have lived here for almost two years now, and I would recommend anyone to live here. The apartments are friendly to both single renters like myself and families alike. The units are updated, affordable, and spacious. The staff are reliable, friendly, responsive, and I know that when I have an issue in my apartment I can go to the manager and it’ll be taken care of very quickly! The grounds are well kept. The pool although it doesnt have a solar cover to keep it warm is wonderful. My daughter will jump in even if it is freezing. The maintenance are so quick and fix everything that you ask for. Amy and the crew are super caring. I love the events they plan and unique ways to get rent discounts. I lived here for 3yrs. I recently moved and wished I haven't. I had a one bedroom home. It was small but very cute and clean.There is a washer and dryer on every floor and I was right next to it. The reason why I moved is because I wanted something bigger and the kids in my building was starting to get loud. Other than that I love Simco Management and they took very good care of me.
