November 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment is amazing, the units have great kitchens, appliances (dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer) and flooring that really makes you feel at home. A lot of the units have a spectacular view of midtown manhattan which really makes the place feel special. The door is staffed most hours if the day and even late night on weekends. The staff is very helpful, they open the door when moving stuff in and out and answer your every concern quickly. Have not had may maintenance issues so far ...but given their response in general I anticipate it will be good. The location is alright, there is a lot of things nearby and has access to multiple bus routes within a short walk but Bergen blvd is a very busy road so be mindful it is not the most enjoyable place to walk around. Overall we love it here and hope to stay for a while!Read More

Manny is someone that is reliable, sociable, helpful and takes swift action. In terms of service needs, the building along with management does a solid job at addressing your concerns as well as accommodating changes (with slightly caveats I.e. noise complaints and onsite theft) but no one or no team is perfect and I understand that some things are outside management’s control. The building is super clean, and there’s such a nice atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The cars are safe in their garages, and it's located very close to everything. The bus to New York City passes by the corner and takes 20 minutes to get to the city. Highly recommended.
