Amazing place to live
November 5, 2025This apartment is amazing, the units have great kitchens, appliances (dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer) and flooring that really makes you feel at home. A lot of the units have a spectacular view of midtown manhattan which really makes the place feel special. The door is staffed most hours if the day and even late night on weekends. The staff is very helpful, they open the door when moving stuff in and out and answer your every concern quickly. Have not had may maintenance issues so far ...but given their response in general I anticipate it will be good. The location is alright, there is a lot of things nearby and has access to multiple bus routes within a short walk but Bergen blvd is a very busy road so be mindful it is not the most enjoyable place to walk around. November 4, 2025My favorite part about this building is the staff, particularly Manny and my guy Anthony, Theo. Manny is someone that is reliable, sociable, helpful and takes swift action. In terms of service needs, the building along with management does a solid job at addressing your concerns as well as accommodating changes (with slightly caveats I.e. noise complaints and onsite theft) but no one or no team is perfect and I understand that some things are outside management’s control. Amazing apartment building
June 14, 2025I recently toured a few units at The Meadowside with Alina Santana, She was very diligent and helpful with my tour. The building is super clean, and there’s such a nice atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I loved the amenities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness center, which seem perfect for relaxing and working out. Manny, the concierge, was really friendly too. The views of the NYC skyline are amazing, and the apartments are spacious with cool features like quartz countertops and ...big balconies. The cars are safe in their garages, and it's located very close to everything. The bus to New York City passes by the corner and takes 20 minutes to get to the city. Great experience
January 6, 2025My wife and I lived in this apartment complex for the past 18 months, and I have to say, it has been an excellent experience. From the property manager, front desk staff, and maintenance team are all top-notch. Anytime I had a request or needed assistance, they were incredibly responsive and took care of everything quickly. The staff genuinely seem to care about the residents, and it shows in the way they manage the property and provide service. The building is well-maintained, and any work ...orders I submitted were addressed promptly, often within a day or two. The front desk team was always friendly and professional, making communication smooth and easy. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a hassle-free, well-managed living environment.
