January 8, 2024Apartment had a major mold issue and charges $50 anytime you leave anything on your porch. I had packages delivered to my apartment and they charged me $50 for them being left on my front porch for delivery. They then waived the fee after I explained it was a delivery. Then at the end of my lease gave me a $550 fine for the 11 months I was there for items on the porch which I had to pay or be sent to collections. Other residents were constantly parking in my parking spot, and homeless were in the ...dumpster almost daily. It is insane to pay what they charge for an apartment in this area on top of very expensive utilities, with these rules, with mold, and shared laundry machines. Something needs to change. We also understand your concerns about the porch policy and parking situation. Residents are able to tow anyone that parks in their parking spot that is unauthorized. We do also have patio rules in place to keep a clean community that is outlined in the application and lease. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration as we continuously work to improve our services and resident experience. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

Love this place
September 7, 2018The staff is very nice and easy to talk to. Pool is cleaned regularly, and average noise during summertime. They are still working on renovations at the time this posted, but the finished product is well worth the costs.Property Manager Responded
