About The Melrose Apartments
Melrose is a quiet and peaceful apartment community located in Triangle, Virginia. The Quantico Marine Corps military base is situated near the community that further makes it a peaceful neighborhood for the residents. The community features various on-site amenities including 4 playgrounds, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a county swimming pool located directly across the street. There is a large commuter lot located on Route 234 with easy access to Interstate 95. The property is constructed at such a central position that it provides residents with easy access to places of their interest and need. The fact that the distance to interstate is just less than a mile, Virginia Rail Express & Amtrak is near to the community and there is a bus route available nearby, makes Melrose a perfectly accessible area for all its residents. There are schools available at a close distance to the property which is a great benefit for anyone residing in Melrose. With the new management here a few years back, they have really made improvements. Starting with new doors front and back, then very nice privacy blinds for all windows. This years there was an increase in rent but they installed high efficiency windows. Melrose has really stepped up and for the price it is a great place to live. Maintainance is great no trash anywhere very clean grounds.

I have been living here since 2018 and it has been great. The lady at he Office Anna she is so professional and proactive. Best apartment I have lived. The home like setting makes it feel like a house and not an apartment. And if you have a problem they do not wait to fix them they are always on top of things. Love it here!

I lived at Melrose for 10 years, in those 10 years I didn't have any major issues. The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors never were a bother. The only thing I can complain about is in the summer it is hard to cool off the apartments, parking sometimes can be difficult in front of your own apartment, and I had issues with my heat not working several times. When the heat went out maintenance did come right away to fix it. Melrose office staff were always pleasant.

My husband and I lived here for a year. It was a quiet, beautifully landscaped location. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was quick to answer any call, no matter when we had a question, and quick to get things done when we needed them. It's a pretty easy commute to DC, Reston, and Fairfax, and FAR cheaper than anything closer to the beltway. Just all around one of the nicest places we've lived (and there's been quite a few, since we're a military couple!) I ...
think just about the only regret we have about this place is that we ended up moving after only one year.

In 1993 my husband and I moved into the Melrose apts...The apartment was really nice...we had trouble with the couple that lived above us...playing music and partying all hours...we spoke to them about it but didnt stop so went to management..Ruby was her name...they didn't do anything and a after awhile called police and it did stop for a bit...I would move back.

Great place for those just starting out. Being a recent college graduate, moving out from my parents was easy and affordable at Melrose Apartments.
It's a nice, safe neighborhood with a school right across the street.
Curb side parking needs parking space lines put in for maximum vehicle accommodation. My biggest complaint is not being able to park in front of my own home.
