Hopefully I’m saying the name right but the maintenance guy mekos done a great job doing my work orders he went above and beyond ever since I lived here I put a work order in and it gets done quickly and right and he always ask if it’s anything else I need help with I really appreciate you hopefully this review helps you out thank you again

Good Building, Ok Area

Most of my issues with my stay at the Meridia were due to the building changing ownership three times over the course of my lease. First owned by Greystar, who sold it to some company I don't remember, and then lastly (and currently) owned by Kalos. Greystar management was great, intermediate management was terrible and didn't help with any issues I had, and Kalos is also great. My lease ended with a gas line issue that as far as I can tell, isn't the fault of management or the building. The ...
area is underwhelming at best. I chose this area because I didn't want to depend on my car for many things. Restaurants right downstairs and a bar scene a 10 minute walk away should be great -- except most of them were terrible/overpriced and I only ate at them twice. The delis/shops that I did enjoy were only open for the lunch rush on weekdays which was disappointing. Also the parking garage that is closest to the building is very tight and kinda terrible, my car got broken into a couple of times. If you care primarily about the area, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Meridia is a community where the residents are the first priority. Management is always looking for ways to improve the quality of life. The rental rates are more than fair, and the amenities are above par. You can’t have everything in a single place, but the Meridia lifestyle gets pretty close.

As someone renting my first apartment and coming from out-of-state, the task of finding a place to rent was daunting. Meridia, however, made it simple from beginning to end. With frequent communication, I knew exactly what to expect throughout every part of the process -- my application, the signing of the lease, everything about move-in day, and was never afraid to reach out with a question. My experience so far has been great. I feel safe and happy in my new apartment!

Management not responsible at all! Robbery happened! No help received.

I would not recommend this property to anyone anymore. Management very irresponsible. Really hard to reach out to them. While signing a lease, we had to call many times for them to actually send the lease for us to sign. The first week we moved in, the apartment got robbed because someone let the person who does not live there. That person broke in two apartments. Management was supposed to send email residents reminding them to not open the door to anyone who does not live there. They never send ...
an email. If the security of residents is the priority, sending email should be very essential. After sending an email, we still have not received response from them. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone because of the management!

This place was way better than the pictures I toured and was amazed by how clean and perfect everything was The ceiling heights are something to pay attention to, as they make the units feel much bigger so don’t focus too much on the square footage alone The community doesn’t have a pool or gym but they provide a ynca membership which works for me
