Moved in recently. Parking is secure. Building is very secure. Property manager is prompt and attentive. Trash/mail/recycling all indoors. Feels like an upscale boutique hotel.

This was a great place to start my life in Salem! My apartment was big and beautiful with great upgrades, the neighbors were kind, the location was the best- easy to walk downtown to lot of great places to eat, drink, do yoga, Farmer's Market, parks and shops. Elaine, Jonathan and all staff were always helpful, prompt in attention to my needs and easy to communicate with. Meridian site manager

The site Manager Elaine is a control freak. I do not recommend anyone living at the Meridian. If you have a problem, she cannot handle it, therefore you are on the her bad side, and she will find a way to get rid of you! The Meridian building is not being kept very well. Good luck if you want to live at the Meridian!

Don't Come Here

We hate this place...it targets its tenants..very hostile manager.. i try to give benefit of doubt..but really..they harass you/lose your mail and packages/tow your car..such a menace..i truly wouldn't want anyone to come here if this property manager Elaine stays as she is doing harm to this property..the culture is not pro-tenant at all!!!!
