    These apartments are well maintained in the lobby areas etc. There are alot of amenities to enjoy when its raining or snowing outside. Stay indoors and enjoy the pool tables and library. The sitting area is an the lobby downstairs is a quite place to have meetings or a get togethers. There is also a tv area to get away from your live in roommate to make a quite or personal phone call. They recently started to do community events for the residents. The location by the Merrimack River is gorgeous, and the apartments are beautifully renovated—new floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, the works. The amenities are a huge plus: there’s a lounge with a gaming area, a media room you can rent out, and a great gym. And having the Heritage Trail right there is perfect for walks and river views.
