Amazing Staff

The move in was rough, with the apartment being dirty but within the same day maintenance came in along with the office staff and cleared everything up. Needless to say I am very well impressed with the responsiveness of this property I've never seen anything like it.

I’ve been living here for over 7 years and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The community is welcoming, the amenities are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. What stands out most is the sense of community here. The events feel like neighborhood get togethers with lots of life and good converstation and laughter, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. everything you need. Its tucked right along a cute quiet neighborhood where you can walk your dogs or to the hidden amphitheater that's less than a 2 minute drive. Other places in the area are on the same property as bars and restaurants I don't feel comfortable with that at this stage of my life. I can honestly say that the only reason I would consider moving is to purchase a home. Until then, I’m more than happy to continue calling this place my home.

Marijuana Odor Everyday

Odor of marijuana cycles through the building nearly every night. Complained to the staff for months with no effective outcome of ending it. Would not recommend apartment to anyone. Way too expensive to be burdened nearly every night by the smell of marijuana. Good luck

The staff is awesome! I’ve never had to wait for any request! I moved here 2years ago with the plans of moving but I love it so much I have no plans to leave.
