May 1, 2019We recently moved and the only reason we are is because we have to move out of state. We love it here and appreciate Hope the manager for making this so enjoyable for us. We also love the maintenance he is always so responsive and keeps the grounds looking nice. We absolutely love the welcoming environment for pets, it was so hard finding a place that would take our dog!! It is just a quiet friendly atmosphere around the whole property. This has been the most pleasant experience in my 50 years ...of renting! We are sad to be leaving but if you have a chance to live here I would take it!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

We have had the most wonderful experience with the Meridian especially from Hope the manager helping making this a wonderful home. We also love the maintenance he keeps the property looking great and super responsive. We appreciate the loving environment for the pets here. It was so hard finding a home for our dog!! Do Not Move Here
February 1, 2018Do not move to the Meridian Apts. It’s the worst place I’ve ever lived. Looks pretty on the outside, but all the wiring, pipes, internal is all old & messed up. One problem after the next. They’re always doing some type of construction, remodel, or maintenance & always come into your apt. You have no privacy whatsoever. All the people that had lived here for years have all moved out. They’ve had at least 7 managers in the last few years & change maintenance guys all the time. The manager is never ...available when you need them. They live in the property, but are never here. Most of the time you don’t even learn their name or meet them. Everyone that lives here is unhappy. They either move, or stay only because they can’t afford to move. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Trust me, you don’t want to live here.Property Manager Responded
February 20, 2018Thank you for sharing your experience at The Meridian. New management recently took over and I can assure you the manager is on-site during office hours. Should she be away there is always a sign on the door as to when she will return. She is always available by phone as all residents have been notified how and when she is available. I do understand the frustration that can happen during renovation and we are so happy that it ended last year. From all interiors and exteriors being renovated we have nothing left to do. Now we can all enjoy the beautiful and peaceful community that The Meridian is. If you have any specific issues in your apartment please let us know immediately so we can get them fixed for you.

The Meridian
September 23, 2015These apartments are pretty nice and for the cost in walnut creek theyre not bad. Manager is named Anna, she lives on ground, sometimes is an airhead but super nice and helpful, you just have to bug her a bit. Nice pool, decent amount of washers, 'gym' isnt a gym unless you want to run on a treadmill or use a bike, its the size of a bedroom. Only real complaint is prices have consistantly risen the 3 years ive been here, but again thats just the area. Not planning on leaving Meridian soon.Review from Apartments.com
