I'm Happy Living Here
January 6, 2026I really enjoy living at the Meridian at Walnut Creek. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, the trail system, the new Whole Foods which i'm patiently waiting to open, downtown Rogers, and so much more. The amenities are a big plus for me, especially the pool and gym, which are always clean and well maintained. The property feels safe, is consistently clean, and overall it’s been a great place to live. I’m very happy here and decided to renew my lease for another year.Property Manager Responded

Please...Save YourselF
December 14, 2022Please...Save Yourself I have been here since July, I just received my first bill during these cold months and it's nearly $300. I've used similar amounts of electricity in previous months, I even get daily usage notifications to better manage it. The only difference has been the weather and how hard my heat pump has to work to keep my apartment warm. It never goes above 72 and it's kept at 70 consistently. These apartments have horrible insulation. You can feel the cold through the walls and ...carpets. Some days I freeze just to try and control how much electricity is being using for my heat pump. And I'm still paying $300. I've never paid this much for electricity in my life, PLEASE....find some place with better insulation or beware of the electricity bill you will incur.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE!
August 31, 2021I have lived a lot of places, had a lot of different property managers. But management here is the worst. They lie about all kinds of things to get you to sign the lease, lock you in, and then forget about you. Gate system has not worked in over 6 months, pool is closed for weeks on end, they make you pay to have your trash picked up at your door and then don't pick it up consistently. We went over a week without having our trash picked up more than once. Place looks nice at first glance, but ...don't do it. You will regret it.Property Manager Responded
