Staff is wonderful. Unless you live on the fifth floor, avoid this place. Zero insulation in the floors which means you get to listen to the elephants living above you. Despite numerous phone calls, the office is powerless to do anything. Seriously, find a better option. The builders went cheap and didn’t pour concrete between the floors. It’s unreasonably LOUD.

Great apartments / noise issue

Living at The Met has been a great experience as far as the staff, events, and amenities. The location is within walking distance of some great entertainment, including Q2 and the train into downtown. I will warn - if you plan on living here, do not pick a floor plan that faces the warehouses to the north.
