Besides the location, the rent prices are affordable than all of these new communities that offer pretty much the same ammentities. I have a 2/2 and the way it's set up, it feels very spacious. There are many fun amenities like a life sized chess game, ping pong table, pool table, etc. The pool is also very nice and heated, so it's open all year. The maintenance staff is amazing! If you ever have an issue, they will get to your work order as soon as possible and are so friendly and understanding of your ...needs. The prices of the apartments are comparable to all of the other ones around, but we are in the center of every store and restaurant possible, you cannot beat the location!
