This community is beautiful, well-kept, and secure! This is the best location if you work in the financial district. The commute is easy and you are well insulated from noise from the busy streets.

Weed/Smoke problem

Poorly management building with new management. There’s a consistent weed problem that spreads into most of the apartments and management are doing very little about it
