Not a single cost is covered by them for owning the building including their own property taxes. It gives off very slumlord vibes. My last apartment also used conservice. I'm still trying to figure out how my conservice bill was cheaper for my previous 2 bedroom over 1,000sq ft apartment than my current 1 bedroom 800sq ft apartment.Review from Apartments.com

March 31, 2026The Metro is a well-maintained apartment complex and has the potential to be a wonderful place to live, but a lack of security and responsiveness from the management team makes it difficult to recommend to others. My car and many other vehicles were broken into multiple times during the past 8 months of my residency. Theft and vandalism is an issue here. Overall, it is a pretty quiet place to live despite being in the city, and the dog runs were a huge bonus for me.Review from Apartments.com
