The location and layout is great for a very reasonable price. Maintenance has been very responsive, we haven't had any issues lasting longer than a day. And the leasing office has been very helpful and responsive.

I love the physical apartment. Maintenance is fast and helpful. I think the management company needs some improvements. In all respect, they seem rather cheap. Not a single cost is covered by them for owning the building including their own property taxes. It gives off very slumlord vibes. My last apartment also used conservice. I'm still trying to figure out how my conservice bill was cheaper for my previous 2 bedroom over 1,000sq ft apartment than my current 1 bedroom 800sq ft apartment.

The professional office and maintenance staff influenced our decision to renew our lease. They work with us to have positive outcomes for all. They communicate effectively and efficiently. The location is convenient to downtown, work, and travel. Building is usually quiet & residents respectful. Appliances are stainless steel and w/d is included with unit. The Metro is a well-maintained apartment complex and has the potential to be a wonderful place to live, but a lack of security and responsiveness from the management team makes it difficult to recommend to others. My car and many other vehicles were broken into multiple times during the past 8 months of my residency. Theft and vandalism is an issue here. Overall, it is a pretty quiet place to live despite being in the city, and the dog runs were a huge bonus for me.
