Decent price for area, bad new ownership
September 26, 2023The building has a doorman, fitness center and basketball court, and the unit pricing is somewhat average for all those amenities in this area. However the new management has been so money hungry and poor at responding to issues.Review from Apartments.com
Lived here for three years - loved it and hated to move!
March 22, 2017My partner and I lived here in a "-05" apartment from Feb 2014 until Feb 2017. We had a great experience with The Metropolitan. The front desk staff, especially Laurie, are great. Move in and out went off without a hitch, and we received our full security deposit back within three weeks of moving out. The few maintenance issues we had were resolved within 1-2 business days; Fran of the building management/maintenance team is AMAZING.
