UNPROFESSIONAL

BE WARNED! The new management is unprofessional, and has no regard for tenants despite being advertised and rented as a "luxury rental". They don't answer the phone, have billing issues for which multiple tenants have complained, poor communication, and never even made an announcement that the complex was under new ownership. They didn't even tell residents that their phone number changed, but had no problem sending our late fees when their resident portal wasn't working.
