I love living at the Mia! The complex has a very welcoming vibe. The amenities are the best from the Two-level Fitness center, the Yoga & Pilates Studio with Reformer Machines, 22' Jumbotron Movie Wall, and the 24-Hour Mini-Market. The Resident Events are an added perk like crawfish boils, Pilates & Yoga and fitness classes, movie night and pizza-making nights. Overall the Mia has a lot to offer and would highly recommend living at the Mia!

Overall my experience at the Mia is great. The community is warm & welcoming. The staff consistently keep shared spaces clean and smells good with fresh scents in the air. Whenever issues arise, the staff and maintenance team immediately resolve it. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I can hear neighbors but that also comes with living in apartment buildings.

I truly LOVE The Mia! It has been hands down THE best place I have lived in Austin, and I have lived in A LOT of properties. The staff has been the most welcoming, open, and willing to work with their residents that I have seen. The amenities are INCREDIBLE. I feel like I'm living in a resort every day. The features in the units themselves, show just how much care and through was put into the design of the apartments.
The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of space to walk, run or play.

The Mia is everything I was looking for in an apartment – and more. From the moment I first toured the property, I was blown away by the attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The amenities are by far the best I have seen in the Austin Area.
The grand pool feels like a luxury resort, and the gym is spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a pleasure to work out in and lets not forget to mention the eucalyptus complementary infused towels at the gym! I look forward to waking ...
up and walking myself down with my mug every morning to enjoy the best lattes from the complexes espresso machine while being greeted everyday by the amazing staff. The coffee beans are sourced from a local small business, again highlighting the communities attention to detail.
A huge part of why this experience has been so smooth and positive is thanks to Brook, the leasing agent. She went above and beyond to help me find the apartment that perfectly fits my lifestyle. ( Seriously I came to tour this place over three times because I could not find a a community that compares ). My only regret is that I did not sign sooner, putting an end to my apartment hunting stress. Her patience, care, and commitment made me feel truly supported throughout the process — it’s rare to come across someone so genuinely invested in making sure you find your dream home. Brook ensured that my needs were met... and then some !
Now that I’ve moved in, I genuinely look forward to coming home every day. The building feels safe, well-maintained, and peaceful. It’s more than just an apartment — it’s a space where I feel comfortable, secure, and happy. Couldn’t recommend The Mia more!

An apartment complex with a soul! The staff does such a great job maintaining and managing the property as well as getting residents together for well run events. The amenities here are also so cool. The gym is two stories and the pool makes the place feel like a resort. There is also a nice pickleball court and a big screen outside!
