Management of The Mill Apartments
April 14, 2023Cass Hill is the management company for the Mill apartments! They are an incompetent company! Nothing is done for The tenants! Regardless of the request i.e. replacing soiled or worn carpets; leaks; minor maintenance requests are ignored or the reply is”you can replace the carpet”” The exercise rooms are like being in a sauna. Makes it impossible to workout, especially a person with lung issues! The rental each month is top dollar. After Living at the mill for a year my rent was increased ...$100 each month! Needless to say, I am looking for a new apartment! I have rented apartments and or condos In the states of Nevada, California and Florida! My landlords were respectful, extremely helpful and thankful to have good tenants! The experience I am having with The Mill is shameful! I have spoken to other tenants here who are as disappointed as I am! I cannot recommend The Mill Apartments!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
