  • Constant Elevator issues/Different “Stories” from Office

    5/2/25) - This is beyond ridiculous at this point. The elevator in this complex (bldg. 2) has been down since the last week in March, (Over a Month and a half). The office has given so many excuses and stories that that they are all running together. This has caused so much frustration that the whole bldg. is extremely ticked off. People suffer with sciatica, there are people that are pregnant, have disabilities, etc. that can't continue to walk these stairs every day. It has gotten so awful that ...
    people are writing obscene language on all the doors in the stairwell and on the elevator doors due to this. Don’t tell us one day it will be fixed and then it’s a whole other day or another week or more! Now we have to wait another week hoping it will be fixed. Leases will not be renewed after this. Corporate will be called. They also leave the front gate open constantly to allow cars to be towed. This is dangerous as it allows people on the outside to just walk right in and dangerous if people have to get out of the building and can't because of these stairs. We feel trapped!
