Welcome to The Mill at Auburn - premium student housing near Auburn University! Our off-campus apartments are designed to provide Auburn Tigers with the amenities and features they need to succeed. I was coming to Auburn for School in 2024 and noticed The Mill right away due to friends who live there. When I moved in it was a breeze, I did not have much to do and it was quick and easy!! Any time I have had a maintenance issue they are always very quick to fix the issue and with as many people that live here they get to it pretty fast!! The staff is very nice and very helpful and the new management we received in February has been above and beyond given circumstances! The events are so much ...
fun and positive vibes, The clubhouse is so cute and comfy! The gym is very updated and they have a stair master and a Pilates machine that I love so so much!!! It’s easy to say The Mill at Auburn is truly a special place!!

I absolutely love living at The Mill! The front office staff is always so sweet, friendly, and helpful. My apartment came fully furnished, which made moving in so easy. They’ve also updated all of the amenities, and everything is well maintained. The community hosts a lot of fun events throughout the year, which makes it a great place to live and meet people. I highly recommend signing a lease at The Mill!

Office error, but maintenance rocks The day of move in, they gave one of the other roommates my daughter’s room key and all things associated with my daughter’s room. We had already been by the office to know that she was assigned room B. So, when we arrived, we had to get the girl, who had already moved in room B out, so we could move my daughter in to the room assigned to her on our lease. The apartment was filthy and needed lots of repairs. It has taken some time, but the maintenance guys ...
have gotten things fixed and we are now pleased. Thank you to the maintenance team for the repairs and upgrades to make my daughter’s first apartment experience better than it started!

Move in review Move in was a super quick and easy thing! It was not very crowded and we were able to find a parking space for each car! The rooms were not in amazing condition, my walls had tons of nail holes everywhere so I’m worried about potentially losing the deposit over that even though I don’t use nails for my stuff. We shall see but at the least they let you submit a report of things wrong with the room within 48 hours and you won’t be penalized for those things. Overall a good ...

Not Bad This isn't a bad place to live! There are a couple of problems with the apartment that we are waiting to get fixed, and maintenance can be very slow, but it's an alright place.

Decent as a first-timer I don’t have much experience moving to compare it to, but I’d say it was pretty good. Some parts of the apartment were cleaner than others, but it wasn’t too worrisome. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is a place to live. When moving in, the place was filthy, furniture damaged, and overall in crappy condition; it was even missing the burners on our stove. They have mold issues, and you're most likely going to have to walk for 10+ minutes every morning to get to the bus stop. If you get a bottom floor, be aware that there is a good chance of having an AC unit right outside your window humming 24/7. The maintenance is alright, but they also like towing if you have a guest over that didn't know ...
to park in the visitor section. Also, be prepared to hear every move of your upstairs neighbors. The insulation in general isn't great, especially in closets, and the electricity costs are high due to inefficient machines. Finally, if you end up next to the basketball court, know that there will be dudes out there at midnight all the time making noise.
