Deceptive marketing. Gym is extremely small, rooftop always had people smoking. When I moved in my unit had a strong smell that I could not get rid of the entire year I lived in it. Had consistent problems with leaking through the ceiling and mold and property management would not properly fix for over a month. My unit also had a boarded up window for the entire time I lived there and no one fixed it. Washer dryers were frequently broken or had an extremely strong odor. Security was a joke and I ...

Fighting in the lobby! Poorly maintained hallways and public areas. Cleaned maybe once a month but dirtier DAILY! Management and maintenance is no where to be found when you need them. Most mid-long term tenants are MOVING OUT due to high rent and low living conditions.
