A lot of things break here and take forever to fix; i.e elevators, golf simulator, pool, garage door… etc. multiple breaks and out of services for extended periods of times. We try to fix equipment as quickly as possible but are often times held to long lead times. In the future, we will looking into alternative repairs to speed up the process but it will be dependent on the equipment and the repair needed. -The Mitchell Team

On the improvements side, the gym while is spacious could use more workout machines . At this time the number of machines is limited and there is very minimal or none use of some: cycling bikes (too many), boxing machine, not enough elliptical, no arms and shoulders machines. The AC unit is in each apartment which is great but the position of it in the bedrooms is not great as it ...blows very strong in your face .
