August 9, 2025Living in an apartment complex was a really enjoyable experience. The sense of community was great, with neighbors always friendly and helpful. The amenities, like the gym and pool, added convenience and fun to daily life. Plus, the maintenance team was always quick to address any issues, making everything feel well taken care of. July 29, 2025The Mitchell Rocks!….Coming up on our four year anniversary at The Mitchell. My wife and I, are looking forward to signing our third lease in a few months. Calling The Mitchell, our home for the past three years has been very satisfying. The leasing office staff, the maintenance personnel, the concierge personnel as well as the community events planning team, are very welcoming and professional. July 27, 2025Nice apartment. Great dog park. The building is mostly well kept. Some residents are gross and treat it like a hotel. A lot of things break here and take forever to fix; i.e elevators, golf simulator, pool, garage door… etc. multiple breaks and out of services for extended periods of times. We try to fix equipment as quickly as possible but are often times held to long lead times. July 24, 2025The Mitchell is a nice building, new apartments, amenities and great management. Maintenance is very responsive. On the improvements side, the gym while is spacious could use more workout machines . At this time the number of machines is limited and there is very minimal or none use of some: cycling bikes (too many), boxing machine, not enough elliptical, no arms and shoulders machines. The AC unit is in each apartment which is great but the position of it in the bedrooms is not great as it ...blows very strong in your face . The water filter is no longer paid so that’s an extra cost.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment. The building is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby.
